CFD Simulation Projects

Industrial Fluid Flow & Equipment CFD Projects

Industrial CFD simulation helps equipment manufacturers and process engineers understand what happens inside hardware that cannot easily be instrumented. These projects span variable converging–diverging nozzles, vortex tubes, hydrocyclones, pumps, mixing vessels, resin supply systems and trace-heated pipework. The analysis focuses on the quantities that decide performance and cost: pressure loss, flow distribution, separation efficiency, temperature control and regions of recirculation or wear. Many studies compare several design options or operating points, so the client can see which change delivers a measurable gain before committing to prototypes or site modifications. Where structural loads matter, CFD is combined with FEA to check that the design holds its shape under operating conditions.
